Terms & Conditions — DANGO Solutions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the websites, products, software, plugins, licenses and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by DANGO Solutions ("DANGO Solutions", "we", "us", or "our"), a technology business operating in Pakistan and reachable via dango.pk and solutions.dango.pk. By creating an account, purchasing a license, downloading software, or otherwise using the Services, you ("Customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Description of Services

DANGO Solutions develops and licenses desktop software and WordPress plugins, and lists third-party-hosted SaaS platforms (including but not limited to TicketKaro, TrackKaro and SafeShip) for informational and billing-linkage purposes. Software products are licensed, not sold; a purchase grants a limited right to use the software subject to the license type (free, trial, timed/expiring, lifetime, or subscription) and the activation limits attached to that license.

2. Accounts & Registration

You must provide accurate, current information when registering an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and license keys. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. License Grant & Restrictions

Subject to payment of applicable fees and compliance with these Terms, DANGO Solutions grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the licensed product up to the number of activations permitted by your license (max_activations), on the domains/devices you activate it on. You may not: (a) sublicense, resell, rent, or lease your license key to any third party; (b) circumvent, disable, reverse-engineer, or attempt to defeat any licensing, activation, or anti-piracy mechanism; (c) share a single license across more installations, domains, or devices than your plan permits; or (d) use the Services for any unlawful purpose. DANGO Solutions employs automated misuse detection (including tracking of activation counts, distinct activation domains, and rejected activation attempts) and reserves the right to flag, suspend, or revoke any license exhibiting behavior consistent with abuse or circumvention, without prior notice and without any refund obligation where misuse is confirmed.

4. Fees, Pricing & Payments

Prices are stated in the currency shown at checkout and may be payable via the payment methods enabled at the time of purchase (which may include bank transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, debit/credit card, or other gateways). Where a price is charged in a converted currency, the converted amount shown at checkout is the amount due. All fees are exclusive of any taxes, duties, or levies unless stated otherwise, and you are responsible for any such amounts. Unless otherwise stated on the product/plan page or agreed in writing, all sales are final and non-refundable once a license key has been issued, except where required by applicable law.

5. Subscriptions & Renewals

Subscription-type licenses renew for successive periods at the then-current price unless cancelled prior to renewal. Timed/expiring licenses that are renewed are extended from the later of the current date or the existing expiry date, so early renewal does not forfeit remaining time. It is your responsibility to manage renewal or cancellation through your account before a renewal date if you do not wish to continue.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, source code, trademarks, logos, documentation, and content made available through the Services remain the exclusive property of DANGO Solutions or its licensors. No title or ownership in the software passes to you under these Terms — only the limited license described in Section 3. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you beyond that limited license.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Services to transmit unlawful, infringing, or malicious content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data; interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services; or use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair DANGO Solutions' infrastructure or that of any third party.

8. Third-Party Services & Payment Gateways

Checkout and payment processing may be carried out through third-party payment gateways (including but not limited to Bank Alfalah, PayBost/EasyPaisa/JazzCash, xPay, Safepay, and RapidGateway). SaaS platforms listed on our site (e.g. TicketKaro, TrackKaro, SafeShip) are operated independently and are subject to their own separate terms, privacy policies and service levels. DANGO Solutions is not responsible for the acts, omissions, downtime, data handling, or performance of any third-party gateway or third-party-hosted platform, and any dispute regarding such services should be raised with the relevant third party in the first instance.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. DANGO SOLUTIONS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DANGO SOLUTIONS, ITS OWNERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER, OF ANY KIND AND UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, TO YOU OR TO ANY THIRD PARTY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF DANGO SOLUTIONS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Without limiting the foregoing, DANGO Solutions shall not be liable for: (a) any failure, delay, error, or security incident of a third-party payment gateway or third-party-hosted SaaS platform; (b) any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Services, including due to maintenance, misuse detection, or license suspension/revocation carried out in accordance with these Terms; (c) any loss of data, license keys, or configuration resulting from your own actions or those of a third party; or (d) any direct, indirect, or consequential loss suffered by you or any third party as a result of using or relying on the Services. You expressly agree that your sole and exclusive remedy for any dissatisfaction with the Services is to stop using them. If, notwithstanding the above, any liability is nevertheless imposed on DANGO Solutions by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction and cannot lawfully be excluded, then such aggregate liability shall in every case be limited to the greater of (i) the total amount actually paid by you to DANGO Solutions for the specific product or license giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the event, or (ii) PKR 1,000 (one thousand Pakistani Rupees). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by mandatory law; in that case our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by that law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DANGO Solutions and its owners, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: your use of the Services; your violation of these Terms; your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights; or any content or data you submit, post, or transmit through the Services.

12. Suspension & Termination

DANGO Solutions may suspend, flag, or revoke any license or account, without prior notice and without refund, where it reasonably believes these Terms have been violated, the license is being misused (including circumvention attempts, over-limit activations, or excessive rejected activations), payment has been reversed or disputed, or such action is necessary to protect the Services or other customers. You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time; sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 9, 10, 11, 13 and 14) will survive.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Services (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The courts at Rawalpindi and Islamabad, Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts. DANGO Solutions is based in Rawalpindi, Punjab, Pakistan.

14. Force Majeure

DANGO Solutions shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, internet or power outages, acts of government, natural disasters, labor disputes, or failures of third-party infrastructure or payment networks.

15. Changes to These Terms

DANGO Solutions may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with any order confirmation and applicable product-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and DANGO Solutions regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
