Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how DANGO Solutions ("DANGO Solutions", "we", "us", or "our"), a technology business operating from Rawalpindi, Punjab, Pakistan and reachable via dango.pk and solutions.dango.pk, collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you use our websites, products, software, plugins, licenses and services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only what we need to provide the Services:
- Account information — your name, email address, an optional company name, and a securely hashed password when you register an account.
- Order & billing information — the products or licenses you purchase, the amount and currency charged, the payment method used, and, for manual/bank-transfer orders, any payment proof you upload. We do not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or bank credentials — card and wallet payments are handled entirely by our third-party payment gateways.
- Licensing & activation data — license keys issued to you and, when your software activates online, the activation domain, a non-reversible device identifier (device hash), IP address, and timestamps. This is used to enforce your license limits and to detect misuse.
- Support information — the contents of any support ticket, contact form, or email you send us, so we can respond.
- Technical & log data — IP address, browser/user-agent, and request logs generated automatically when you use the Services, retained for security, fraud prevention, and troubleshooting.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: create and manage your account; process orders, payments, invoices and refunds; issue, deliver, renew and enforce software licenses; provide downloads and updates; respond to support requests; detect, prevent and investigate fraud, abuse and license circumvention; send you transactional emails (account verification, receipts, license keys, and lifecycle reminders); comply with legal obligations; and improve and secure the Services.
3. Legal Basis & Consent
We process your information to perform our contract with you (providing the Services you request), to comply with our legal obligations, and for our legitimate interests in securing and improving the Services and preventing misuse. Where required, we rely on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time by contacting us.
4. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by third-party gateways (which may include Bank Alfalah, PayBost/EasyPaisa/JazzCash, xPay, Safepay and RapidGateway). When you pay, your payment details are submitted directly to the relevant gateway under its own privacy policy and security controls. We receive only a confirmation of the outcome and a transaction reference — never your full card or wallet credentials.
5. Cookies & Local Storage
We use only essential cookies and browser local storage needed to keep you signed in, protect forms against cross-site request forgery (CSRF), and remember your display preferences (such as light/dark theme). We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only as needed with: payment gateways (to process your payments); infrastructure and email-delivery providers that host or transmit the Services on our behalf; and where required by law, regulation, court order, or lawful request by a public authority, or to protect our rights, safety, or property. Third-party-hosted SaaS platforms listed on our site (e.g. TicketKaro, TrackKaro, SafeShip) operate under their own separate privacy policies.
7. Data Retention
We keep your information only as long as necessary for the purposes described here. Account, order, invoice, and accounting records are retained for as long as your account is active and thereafter for the period required to meet our legal, tax and regulatory obligations (including the record-keeping baselines applicable in Pakistan). Operational logs and transient data are automatically purged on a rolling schedule. Financial records (invoices and ledger entries) are never automatically deleted.
8. Data Security
We protect your information using industry-standard measures, including hashing of passwords, signed and expiring download links, keeping paid software and signing keys outside the public web root, encrypted payment-gateway communication, rate limiting, and misuse detection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or object to or restrict certain processing. You can update your account details from your account profile, or contact us using the details below. Note that we may need to retain certain information to comply with legal obligations or to complete transactions you have initiated. Deleting your account does not erase records we are legally required to keep (such as invoices).
10. Children's Privacy
The Services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. International Users
We operate from Pakistan, and your information is processed and stored in Pakistan and by our service providers. By using the Services you consent to this processing.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
13. Contact
For any privacy question or request, contact us at our support email address as published on this website. We are based in Rawalpindi, Punjab, Pakistan.
